I will be teaching Vinyasa style yoga classes
that will be accessible to any level of Yogi experience.

About Jules

        I completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training through

Yoga Alliance in December 2019. As we all know, shortly thereafter the world was shutdown by COVID. I did yoga classes through Facebook with friends.

        I was a distant admirer of yoga before I began my journey. I typically did more high paced activities. The thought of having to slow down and be with my thoughts on a mat scared me! This changed when I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. In my quest to heal, I realized what my body needed was awareness and what my mind needed was peace. Yoga has helped me in many different areas in my life. Most importantly, it has taught me how to listen to my body.

Our Class

        We will be offering classes throughout the city of Kyle.

To join us you must register for classes with the city of Kyle before attending. Your waiver must be received by Julie from the city prior to beginning class. We will offer some outdoor classes weather permitting.
        Please arrive early because class will start promptly at designated times. This class is intended for ages 18+. For any younger students please inquire with the city, however if approved parent must be present at all classes. 
     Please bring:

  • Yoga mat

  • Blocks

  • Strap

​        Limited mats are available to borrow. If you don't have a mat, a towel can be used instead. Dress comfortably and in clothing that is easy to move in. Be sure to bring water and a hand towel, to help keep your grip.
